Pink Saturday

Happy Pink Saturday~

Hello bloggerettes and welcome to another weekend of Beverly's Pink Saturday.

Today, I have a few pinks to share with you but before I show you around would you like some pink lemonade?

Summer is here and my Bleeding hearts are doing very well. I love these drippy pink heart-shaped flowers which grow abundantly by our back door.

Some Asiatic lilies to the far right of the garden ...pink of course!

Here's a close-up. These have just been planted so there are not very many yet.

Looking forward to using these in a bouquet.

Oh, my little fairy friend Breena has been sunning herself in the garden.

She really gets around!

My first pink rose bud of the season.

The lilacs are not pink but my Rose Chintz is adorned with many shades of the scrumptious colour. I love how the lilacs compliment the pink and tiny purple-blue flowers. I get to enjoy lilacs a little longer this year because they got a late start and the weather has been so cool.

Lastly, a cloche of pink floral teacups.

Breena just flew in fresh from the garden and she has a wee bit of pollen on her pink frock. She is day-dreaming on my green teacup which is sprinkled with pink rosebuds.

Thank you for visiting today and I know if you visit our hostess Beverly - http://howsweetthesound.typepad.com/my_weblog/  she will have oodles of pink posts to share with you from our pink friends all around the world. Have a lovely pink weekend everyone.

Sharing from my heart~ Sandi

  5. Love your little Breena! I must find one for myself as I have always loved Fairies!
How nice to get to look at your pretty Bleeding Hearts. Our bushes are huge, but the blooms all gone. They do send out more later and I will keep them watered and fed so we have a second helping of them!

    Your cups are soooo pretty!
    Happy Pink Saturday!

  28. Happy Pink Saturday Sandi Sweetie...
A beautiful share as always. I loved my glass of pink lemonade. You always think of everything to make one feel right at home.

Loved strolling through your gardens. That bleeding heart plant, is so gorgeous. I don't think it could survive out here in the desert at 115 degrees though. (We have had several of these temp days in a row now).

Your lilies are exquisite. So colorful. Your little girl sitting on her bench is playful. I have one in my garden as well. She has a solar light in flower basket. I enjoy strolling by of an evening.

Your cloche with the cups and saucers looks so pretty. Don't you just love swapping out your cloche from now and then? I have so much fun with mine.

Hope you have a beautiful Pink Saturday and a wonderful weekend sweetie. Many hugs and much love, Sherry
