Tea Time Tuesday

Hello dear friends~ Welcome to my 24th Tea Time Tuesday!

I am posting a little earlier than usual because I'm going to be out this evening. I will add your links as I receive them.
I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! We had a lovely sunny weekend here on the Island. Hubby went berry picking and brought home a big pot of luscious strawberries. Then we packed a picnic and headed for the beach. We spent two days out there just enjoying the sunshine and the waves of the ocean. It was heavenly; love this time of year!

Today, I thought I would share some of my sugar and creamer sets. I have a number of them and every set is different. I have accumulated these sets over many years and I do actually use them all depending on my theme at the time.

This first one is my favourite and I never tire of it. It is as fresh and pretty to me today as when I first got it.
Rose Chintz is my favourite pattern made by Johnson Bros. of England. I have two creamers; a large one and a smaller one. I also like the handled sugar bowl.
Lavender Rose is my mother's china which is now in my possession and it is made by Royal Albert of England; very dainty with its sprinkling of roses on it. Next is this cute summery set with florals and fruit on it. There is no marking but it is made of Ironstone. I just call it Summertime.

This is Early American Prescut Crystal. I decided to fill the bowl with pink sugar as it shows up better in this sugar bowl.

Finally, there are these orphaned pieces. There are no markings on either of these. I usually keep my coffee spoons in this little creamer. And I love the sugar bowl; I really like all the florals on it.

I have five more to show you which I will share another week. Now, how about some tea and chocolate? The macaroons are fresh and so yummy!

Let's sit here and enjoy some tea, shall we? I am using my favourite lace tablecloth and napkins which were gifts from a good friend. The pink hurricane lamp was one of the gifts I won in a recent Giveaway.
The berries are in season and Hubby just brought home a pot full...red, juicy, and very delectable! Each cup represents an imaginary voyage. ~ Catherine Douzel
What could be better than tea with chocolate and strawberries? Unless it's tea and strawberry shortcake with clotted cream!
Strange how a teapot can represent at the same time the comforts of solitude and the pleasures of company. ~ Author Unknown

"Pleasant words are a honeycomb, Sweet to the soul and healing to the bones." ~ Proverbs 16:24

I hope you have enjoyed your cup of tea today. Thank you to all who stopped by, I so enjoy your company! If you would like to participate in Tea Time Tuesday then please let me know in your comment and I will gladly add your link to my post. All you have to do is share a favourite teacup, teapot, or some china used in a tea. Coffee, iced tea, and hot chocolate are also welcome. A scripture verse, poem, or quote would be most welcome too. Either of the two Tea Time buttons near the top of my sidebar are available for you to use in your post if you wish. As a courtesy, I ask you to please link back to me so your visitors may find their way here and visit with all my lovely participants.

There are other Tea Parties taking place today also. You will find them and their hostesses at the links with the stars ** before them.

Happiness is sharing tea with a friend.
