Good afternoon everyone! Today I am joining Cindy for Show and Tell Friday.
I have a little Spring-time craft to share with you.
First of all, let me say that I love little clay pots because you can do so much with them! I started off with a plain clay pot. I spray painted it white and glued in a piece of florist foam. Then I dabbed on aqua paint with some scrunched-up Glad wrap. I let that dry and then dabbed on pink paint with scrunched-up Glad wrap. I let it dry and then went over it with dabs of white paint, using again, scrunched-up Glad wrap. This gives the pot an antiqued look.
Then I glued in Spanish moss to look like a bird's nest.![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiL5br2BhUttDk5MEHcoNZDpjLqfWsOBg_VMF7ALYv54bDeIybVUiPJ7MEfhvHYaot4DRawPkG02M6-JAPtakP2_93xti3ud2-b3GbVqGjp8yjXS38KCP8iG_NBxHFiVGE5jiXPZE_rwZo/s400/IMG_7839.JPG)
Next, I glued in flowers and tied on a sheer ribbon. Lastly, I glued in three little eggs.
This is what it looks like with a little birdie in my livingroom.
I also did a rose pot; again spray painting the pot white. Glued in Spanish moss, leaves, and a rose.
I glued on some lace, and here it is in the bathroom.
It's easy and cute for Spring-time decor. Have a lovely day everyone. Be sure to check out all the other participants at Cindy's. Click on the link to go there. http://romantichome.blogspot.com/
