Pink Saturday

Hello all my pinkie friends~ It's Pink Saturday again and time to share our pinks. Thank you Beverly for hosting this fun event!

Today, I'm sharing a couple of photos I came upon on the internet, as well as some of my own. Hope you enjoy them!

Pink Apple Blossoms

Pink Cherry blossoms

This gorgeous photo of pink cherry blossoms was taken at the Jefferson Memorial by, I don't know who, but it's beautiful, isn't it?

These are some of my Bleeding Hearts.

A pink candle in my home nestled between a birdhouse and a tiered dish filled with pink hydrangea petals.

Another photo with just a hint of pink.

May all your days be filled with pink.

Please check out Beverly's "How Sweet the Sound" for all her pink participants. Just click on the link http://howsweetthesound.typepad.com/my_weblog/ to enjoy lots of pink!

Have a wonderful Pink Saturday weekend everyone! Please come back and join me for Tea Time Tuesday. Everyone is welcome!

  36. Hi Sandi, Thanks for stopping by and leaving me such sweet comments. Your photos of the bleeding hearts and the cherry and apple blossoms are stunning! Say, I got to thinking about the rhubarb desserts you made recently. Your rhubarb has a pink tinge to it (in the pie and the pudding). Mine does not. Mine has green stalks - are yours red? Perhaps that's the reason. Any dessert you make always looks lovely as well as delicious! Hope all is well with you! See you Tuesday for tea.
    Hugs and blessings,Beth

  37. I used to live in DC, Sherri, and I'd visit the Tidal Basin when the trees bloomed. So beautiful. Thanks for reminding me.

  39. OH, breathtaking, Sandi, and I do believe that photo of the cherry blossoms is just the prettiest site I've ever seen. I would love to see this. As much as I love pink, you'd think I would have made the trip to the Cherry Blossom Festival. My cousin lives in DC!

This was such a nice respite in my day. Thanks!
