Pink Saturday

Hello all my pinkie friends~ It's Pink Saturday again and time to share our pinks. Thank you Beverly for hosting this fun event!

Today, I'm sharing a couple of photos I came upon on the internet, as well as some of my own. Hope you enjoy them!

Pink Apple Blossoms

Pink Cherry blossoms

This gorgeous photo of pink cherry blossoms was taken at the Jefferson Memorial by, I don't know who, but it's beautiful, isn't it?

These are some of my Bleeding Hearts.

A pink candle in my home nestled between a birdhouse and a tiered dish filled with pink hydrangea petals.

Another photo with just a hint of pink.

May all your days be filled with pink.

Please check out Beverly's "How Sweet the Sound" for all her pink participants. Just click on the link to enjoy lots of pink!

Have a wonderful Pink Saturday weekend everyone! Please come back and join me for Tea Time Tuesday. Everyone is welcome!

Sharing from my heart~ Sandi

Sigh....that is just so lovely. It make me happy just to look at your little birdhouse, candle and petals.

And then the sight of the Memorial and cherry blossoms brings back very happy memories. We enjoy visiting Washington.

Good morning,

Thanks for coming by and leaving such a nice comment for my first Pink Saturday.

I love all of those pink blossoms - We lived in Richmond for a couple of years in our early marriage and the cherry blossoms in and around Washington were stunning.

All of the flowers are exquisite of course and I am partial to the pinks of bleeding hearts. The cherry blossoms are gorgeous in D.C. also as I've lived there and seen them first hand, chickee. Just beautiful photos today...

Hi Sandi, Thanks for stopping by and leaving me such sweet comments. Your photos of the bleeding hearts and the cherry and apple blossoms are stunning! Say, I got to thinking about the rhubarb desserts you made recently. Your rhubarb has a pink tinge to it (in the pie and the pudding). Mine does not. Mine has green stalks - are yours red? Perhaps that's the reason. Any dessert you make always looks lovely as well as delicious! Hope all is well with you! See you Tuesday for tea.
Hugs and blessings,Beth

I used to live in DC, Sherri, and I'd visit the Tidal Basin when the trees bloomed. So beautiful. Thanks for reminding me.

All the pictures are beautiful , I love the 3rd one down at the memorial. I don't know why but my bleeding heart died off this year... and I had it for at least 6 years.

OH, breathtaking, Sandi, and I do believe that photo of the cherry blossoms is just the prettiest site I've ever seen. I would love to see this. As much as I love pink, you'd think I would have made the trip to the Cherry Blossom Festival. My cousin lives in DC!

This was such a nice respite in my day. Thanks!
