Prayer for My Hubby!

Happy Friday, dear friends!

I was planning to begin my No Place Like Home party on Monday, November 16,  but we have had a bit of an emergency here this week.

My sweet hubby took a stroke on Tuesday and needless to say, I have been shaken by it. He has always been in excellent health so this is a major shock to our family. Please lift him and our family up in prayer. I will try to get back to blogging soon. Thank you so much for your friendship and your prayers. Hopefully all will be well and I will be back soon. The Lord bless you all!

  21. Dearest Sandi of Prince Edward Island,
Oh, no! I am so sorry this has happened to your husband and your family. I am praying a great recovery and not too bad of a stroke. My husband stroked in 2011, major stroke and was paralyzed on right side. He went through hospital, they saved him. Then we had rehab and nursing home for awhile, until I could get a handicapped accessible home for us. He was home years and I played nurse when not at work. GOD bless you, GOD will give you the strength one day at a time, I promise. The LORD is with you...and yours. I PRAY a great recovery and not too bad of a stroke for him. THE SONG>>ONE DAY AT A TIME is very helpful in these times. I am so glad your son is moving closer to you there on the Island. Praying the Lord give you peace, wisdom in all decisions. YOU are the apple of God's Eye..GOD has not deserted you nor left the situation, ONE DAY AT A TIME SWEET JESUS! God will give you supernatural wisdom to walk through THIS TIME...Love and Prayers,
