Pink ~ It's not just a colour. It's an attitude!
Here at Rose Chintz Cottage, it's lilac time and I just had to share a sprig of fragrant lilacs in my teacup.
I love these vibrant pink heart-shaped flowers and lush green foliage which line our walk way. They just sing of Springtime!
My bleeding hearts bid you a lovely welcome as you walk up to the door.
I hope your world is filled with pink this weekend. Happy Pink Saturday and thank you for visiting.
This is so very pretty here.....what more can one say!

I have never had any of the bleeding heart flowers. After seeing yours, will check them out next year.
ReplyDeleteThe bleeding hearts are so beautiful. What a wonder of nature. So delicate and detailed. I have white ones but I much prefer your pink ones. Note to self: pink ones for next year!
ReplyDeleteI always thought the flower was prettier than the name but you surely can see where the name came from.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Happy Pink Saturday Sandi. I am so sad our lilacs are long since gone for this year. I always get to pick from my neighbor's bushes but this year Bobby G. gave me one for Mother's Day. I was thrilled. Your photos are gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI love your bleeding hearts! I've never had the right spot to plant any so thank you for sharing them!

I'm afraid my large lilac didn't bloom this spring. How lucky for me that a neighbour had a very fragrant white one just by the fence. What a heavenly scent! Your spring looks charming in the teacup.
