I am also joining Bernideen for her Tea in the Garden ~ http://bernideensteatimeblog.blogspot.com/
My roses are finally blooming and I took some photos of one bush heavy with the fragrant flowers.
I love the look of the petals sprinkled upon the grass; so prettty!
Of course I couldn't wait to cut some and bring them indoors to enjoy.
In a little pitcher with petals strewn about a lace topped table.
Or in a teacup...
And of course, I always have to put some in a teapot.
Oh my, the fragrance is heavenly! Love my roses!
Happy Pink Fourth of July and thank you for visiting Rose Chintz Cottage today. Wishing you all a lovely and pink long holiday weekend.
Sharing from my heart~ Sandi
Your roses are a gorgeous pink shade! They must smell heavenly. I don't have one rose in my gardens and I think I need to remedy that soon. Are you going to see Prince William and Catherine? Have a great holiday weekend! Blessings, Pamela

Good Afternoon Sandi, Your roses are exquisite. Just today, I noticed a lavender crepe myrtle at the grocery store which had lavender petals sprinkled beneath the bush. I love the picture of your petals sprinkled on the tablecloth. Keeping you close in my prayers dear friend. God bless.

Happy Pink Saturday Sandi Sweetie...
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful pink share. I love seeing your gorgeous rose bush in full bloom, and how enchanting they are shared along the way inside. Love seeing them inside the tea pot, and so appropriate in the tea cup as well. Beautiful when strung along a path around the table. Made for such pretty colors and ambiance. I could smell the beautiful scents clear out here in the Phoenix desert.
Hope you have a beautiful Pink Saturday and a wonderful 4th of July sweetie. Many hugs and much love, Sherry
