It's Wednesday and you know what that means; it's REDnesday again!
This adorable little deer with his holly-topped head and red collar trimmed with little bells was a gift from my Mum many years ago.
This is one of my little snowpeople that sits in the kitchen window. He has his red mitts on.
Another snowperson wearing a red scarf, hat, and dress. The snowman has donned a red plaid scarf. Notice Mr. Crow sitting on his arm!
More snow people all dressed in red-trimmed scarves and hats. They are all having fun in their red sleigh.A month from today is Christmas Day and I am almost finished with my Christmas decorating. So I thought I would show you a few of my decorations around my home.
First of all, I gave out these magnetic note pads adorned with candy cane hearts to our Bible Study group last week. They were all propped up in this festive red Christmas basket.
A red cardinal from my son which I have sitting in a wreath. This adorable little deer with his holly-topped head and red collar trimmed with little bells was a gift from my Mum many years ago.

More to come next week. Maybe I will try to show you my village that is now all set up in the Family room.

So nice! What a clever idea for your study group! I can't believe you, and others, are decorating already! I think my husband would shoot me if I did - he thinks right after Thanksgiving is too early!

Oh, Sandi, I just love your post today! I am so ready for Christmas, and can't wait to finish decorating. I'm so sorry I missed posting Tuesday and Wednesday, or even visiting blogs...my daughter is sick with a bad cold, and we're praying we'll make it to our son's tomorrow for dinner.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful Thanksgiving Day, enjoying your beautiful home, family and wonderful bounty that the Lord has provided!
God bless!
Mary
Sweet Sandi~ I'm strolling in to catch up and especially to wish you and your loved ones a Happy Thanksgiving!
ReplyDeleteIt's such a wonderful time to stop and reflect on all those we cherish and are truly grateful for.
Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to visit and leave feeling inspired!
Even though our Thanksgiving is very small in number, with hubby and son (we don't count the cat cause she doesn't like turkey). We don't scrimp on the menu...from appetizers to desserts with several carb loaded dishes in between! We will be enjoying tryptophan playoffs too!
Sweet Holiday wishes,
Sara
