Hello everyone~ I thought I would join Susan at a Southern Daydreamer for her Outdoor Wednesday party. http://asoutherndaydreamer.blogspot.com/
With all the exposure our little Island is getting this week with Regis and Kelly hosting their show here I thought I would share a few photos I took myself the past couple of days.
Monday evening my hubby and I took our coffee down to Victoria Park and watched the sailboats. It was a beautiful evening and I couldn't help but take some photos. I took these from our car.
On one side of the street, we see this.
On the other side of the street, this is what we see. Just on the other side of the rocks is the boardwalk where people walk all year round. Then yesterday, we headed for the beach, our favourite place to go this time of year!
Behind these sweet wild roses, you will find this!
We love our Island in the summertime! Thanks for stopping by. Please visit Susan and all her Outdoor participants.
Sharing from my heart~ Sandi

ReplyDeleteSandi, I agree with Linda! Looks like a piece of heaven! "Is this heaven?" "No, it's Prince Edward Island!"
ReplyDeleteSo gorgeous!!! No wonder you love it in the summertime. Hope all is well with you.
Hugs and blessings, Beth
The photose so lovcely and Your photos are so lovely and inviting. I find it so exciting that Regis and Kkelley are doing such a good job promoting PEI. I feel as proud as if it were my home province and I am not a Rregis and Kkelly fan. I never watch their show, only this week I have been. How nice that you enjoyed the covered bridges pictures. Thank you for your comments. Ann in New Brunswick

HI Sandi,
ReplyDeleteOh thanks for sharing those photos. It gives me more of an idea of what your home is like :) :) :) I have always loved the water...and when my grandmother was still alive, I'd enjoy visiting her in Pacific Grove, CA...a beautiful little seaside town!!! Anyway, I love that boardwalk. It must be so nice to walk along the shoreline!!!!
Have a great rest of the week. Love and hugs, Heather :)
