Tea Time Tuesday

Hello everyone and welcome to my fourth Tea Time Tuesday!
I have been having some computer problems the past couple of days and I was concerned I wouldn't be able to get my post on in time.

I made a favourite dessert while waiting for my hubby to come home from work. He was able to get the computer running again because it was a problem with the new mouse. He just switched the new mouse with the old one.....So far, so good!

Those of you who would like to join in Tea Time, just share a favourite teacup, tea pot, or china mug, along with a short story, scripture verse, or testimonial. Please leave me a comment letting me know and I'll add your link to my post. Hopefully, I won't run into any problems between now and then. If I do, I will get your link on as soon as I am able.

Today I am sharing the lovely tulips that my sweet hubby gave me for Valentines Day. He really spoiled me this year! The tulips were just one of his gifts to me. I also got treated to dinner out. I'll share a little something else later in the week.

My Lavender Rose tea set, which used to belong to my mother, is also going to make an appearance today. The Lavender Rose pattern is made by Royal Albert in England. The tea is ready so please make yourself comfortable.Tea and dessert.... What could be better on a cool winter's day?
"Then our mouth was filled with laughter, and our tongue with shouts of joy." Psalm 126:2

A smile is a great encourager! An unknown author said it well:

''A smile costs nothing, but gives much. It enriches those who receive, without making poorer those who give. It takes but a moment, but the memory of it sometimes lasts forever. None is so rich or mighty that they can get along without it, and none is so poor but that they can be made rich by it....Some people are too tired to give you a smile. Give them one of yours, as none needs a smile so much as one who has no more to give.''

Did you know it takes more muscles in your face to frown than to smile?

Have you been grumpy today? Ask God for a double dose of His joy and then put a smile on your face. Let people know you refuse to take on the negativism or cynicism of the world. You can be cheerful and pass that cheer on to others with a simple smile.

A SMILE IS THE BEST FACELIFT!

Thanks for visiting today. I hope you will come again soon as I so enjoy your company!
