Good morning everyone~ Pink Saturday is here again and I want to thank Beverly for hosting.
Today I have a couple of pinks for you. Some of you may have already seen this on my Christmas blog http://christmaspudding09.blogspot.com/ but for those of you who haven't, here is a little teacup ornament which I will hang on my little Christmas tree in the dining room. I am doing a china tree this year and I have been keeping an eye out for tiny pieces of china. Turns out I didn't have to look far because most of it, I have right here in my home!
This little teacup and saucer is cream-coloured and sprinkled with flowers, and some of them are pink.
These are the Christmas plates I have on display in the dining room. Some might call them red but in reality, they really are pink! I found them at Winners last year.
Sharing from my heart~ Sandi
A Christmas tree full of pretty little teacups! That I would like to see and be looking forward too. A few more weeks and Christmas is already here! :-)

Dear Sandi, how nice to meet you again! First we met at White Wednesday and now there is another colour theme ;-) I love your little teacup ornament, and the plates also are very pretty!
ReplyDeleteI really like Christmas and decorating - but honestly I don't think about Christmas-decoration before end of November... ;-)
I also wish you a wonderful Pink Saturday!
Hugs, Traude
Oh Sandi,
ReplyDeleteI cannot wait to start on my Christmas decorating...but it is tradition in our family to start the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Please, please, please share with us your china tree when it's done. Beautiful tiny tea cup. Have a wonderful weekend.
Hugs,
♥Ana
Sandi, what a great idea to have a china tree! That is a precious ornament, too, and I like your Christmas plates. I had a friend who always did her entire house in pink, and she spent the year searching for pink things for Christmas. It was a challenge, but fun!
ReplyDeleteHappy Pink Saturday...
XO,
Sheila :-)
I like your idea for a china tree; how unique! To answer your question, no, Sandi, I never decorate for Christmas until the day following Thanksgiving. Then, I usually pull out all stops! However, this year, I'll be packing that day as we'll be moving into our new home. Happy Pink Saturday.
ReplyDeletei love the pink christmas tree plates!!! have a wonderful day.

What a pretty teacup ornament! It will look so nice on the tree! I won't start decorating until after December 1st - most likely even a bit later than that. Your dishes are so pretty! Happy Pink Saturday!

Hi Sandi!
ReplyDeleteHappy Pink Saturday sweetie.
A tree full of little tea cups. That would be so precious. I can't wait.
Your fireplace looks so beautiful decorated. I just love it. I can't wait to see everything when you are finished.
I haven't started my decorating as of yet. I have many things purchased and waiting, but I haven't started yet. I usually start Thanksgiving Day (evening) when all have gone home and the house is back to quiet again.
Thanks for sharing today. Please pop over and let me share my pink post with you.
Country hugs, Sherry
