Thoughts on A Sunday Morning

Good morning dear friends. While I was enjoying my morning coffee and gazing out at the tree outside my window....

I was amazed at how large it has grown in such a short time! I was also amazed at its beauty!
It has grown so large that the songbirds can find refuge in among its branches. Indeed, it beckons the little birdies to come and feast at the feeder which stands just outside that same window.

The tree reminds me of our heavenly Father Who bids us to come and find refuge in Him. In Him we can find peace just like my little feathered friends who hide among the leaves.

Are you burdened and seek a place of refuge? Come to the Father and He will take care of you.

"God is our refuge and strength,
A very present help in trouble." ~ Pslam 46:1

God bless you today and have a beautiful Sunday!
