Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone! Hope you all enjoy a little green today.
I have been down with the flu for over a week and there is no sign of it going yet. I did manage to take a few pictures of my Spring mantel so I will share some of those today.
Please take care, my dear friends. In these troubled times, let your mind dwell on lovely things {Philippians 4:8}. We all need to take good care of ourselves and stay positive. Thank God for your family, your friends, and your blessings. Stay safe!

Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone! Hope you all enjoy a little green today.
My photo above is from a Tea Time Tuesday post several years ago.
My finished wreath
Little birdie on the mantel
For flowers that bloom about our feet;
For tender grass so fresh and sweet;
For song of bird and hum of bee;
For all things fair we hear and see,
Father in heaven, we thank Thee!

For all things fair we hear and see,
Father in heaven, we thank Thee!

The little bird's nest is one my son found me several years ago. It was abandoned and the eggs are Easter eggs. I love bringing the nest out this time of year!
Sorry the reflection isn't great and the closeups show the cords, but you get the idea.

ReplyDeleteSorry to hear that you were feeling under the weather, Sandi.
ReplyDeleteEven though I'm working from home, I wore green and drank lots of green tea on St. Paddy's Day. I currently have my green teawares out, but plan to transition to my Easter decor over the next few days.
Beautiful wreath and photos! Get well soon!
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry you have been ill, and I do hope you are feeling better day by day. Please take care of yourself. Your spring mantel is lovely and fresh, like spring! Love the little birdies and birdhouses and flowers. That would make me smile, esp. the nest!! Enjoy your lovely things and take care of yourself. Oh, that wreath is so pretty too. I am still recuperating from surgery and haven't been able to do much decorating yet. I guess I need to start thinking about it before Easter is come and gone! You have inspired me to get a move on. Be blessed my friend.
ReplyDeleteOh so springy...everything is gorgeous. I am so looking forward to being able to decorate a home again. Stay safe and healthy!
ReplyDeleteThinking of you and your family today Sandi. May God bless you and keep you in these times. Psalm 91 Hugs, Sherry
