Wednesday is REDnesday

Hey everyone~ Today I'm once again joining Sue at "It's a Very Cherry World" for her REDnesday party.

I have been away for a few weeks but I'm back now and eager to join in!

The day we left on our trip, I celebrated a birthday, and a good friend stopped by with some birthday goodies for me. Let's take a peek, shall we?

Ooohh, lots of red here!
A lovely snowflake cello-wrapped presentation filled with yumminess and topped with a lovely red and gold wired ribbon. It's almost a shame to open it, it's so pretty!

See what I mean? Inside is a wonderful red pillar candle trimmed with gold.

Two red bowls, two red transferware dinner plates, two red and white tea towels, and a book to read while sipping my favourite tea. This little book, "Tea Time With God," is just filled with stories and scriptures, perfect with a cuppa. Have you read it? Mmmm, my kind of gift!

For those of you who may not have seen the plate I brought back from my trip to Vancouver, I'll show it here again. As you can see, it is also red with a perky rooster strutting his stuff on the front of it! Thanks for stopping by today. Please take a few moments to go visit Sue at http://suelovescherries.blogspot.com/ and see what she has to offer along with her party of red participants. God bless you and have a wonderful day.

Love your reds and the Rooster plate is sooo charming.

I just packed up a bunch of transferware dishes to take down to my space. They will be sorely missed but it's time to clear out what I no longer use as much.
