Pink Saturday

Happy Pink Saturday!
Welcome to my Pink Saturday post! Do you ever feel like you're running out of pink and then you find something else? Well, that is what happened to me this week. I was debating whether to participate or not because I couldn't come up with any pink and then, I found a little something where I least expected it.
We installed a pellet stove last Fall and I had to do some major cleaning up which meant putting a lot of stuff away. This little treasure was gathered up and put away and when I wanted it, I couldn't find it. Ever happen to you? Anyway, I found it Wednesday evening.

This is a darling little teacup that my hubby got me while on one of our many pastoral travels out of the province. It was found at an unexpected place; a big diner for truckers, of all places! They had a wonderful menu and a gift shop with all manner of darling little trinkets like what I'm about to show you.

It is pink with 14kt gold trim.
So how does it stack up next to a normal sized teacup? Cute, eh? The teacup and saucer on the left was a wedding shower gift many years ago.

Next is the little wide-eyed bunny that my son Jordan made in ceramics when he was around twelve.
This bunny is a cutie but we forgot to put his eyelashes on! Oh, well he's still a cutie with his pink nose and floppy ears!

Have a wonderful day friends and be sure to go visit Beverly and all the other pinkies. Click on the link http://howsweetthesound.typepad.com/my_weblog/ or the Pink Saturday button on my sidebar to go to the site.

Sharing from my heart~ Sandi

Thanks so much for visiting my first Pink Saturday post. I suspect I'll run out of pink eventually, but I plan to keep my eyes peeled for possibilities when I'm out with my camera.
